What OralCivics is

OralCivics is a study app that helps you practice USCIS civics questions, English reading and writing sentences, and a mock oral interview.

What OralCivics is not

• not an official USCIS or U.S. government app
• not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS
• not legal advice, immigration advice, or a guarantee you will pass
• not a substitute for official USCIS materials or your interview

Your responsibility

You are responsible for choosing the correct test version from your Form N-400 filing date, checking current officials before interview day, and confirming answers on uscis.gov/citizenship.

Content

Civics questions and acceptable answers are based on public USCIS study materials. Current-official answers can change. English prompts are for practice.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or republish the app or its content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it is error-free or that using it will result in citizenship, a passed interview, or any immigration benefit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Muhammad Faizan and Apptiv Labs are not liable for lost data, failed interviews, or immigration outcomes related to use of the app.
